Job Description

For the Greater German-speaking Switzerland area, we are looking for a service technician (m/f/d) specialising in control technology as soon as possible.
Your tasks:

• Independent commissioning of our WAREMA control systems using our modern software tools
• Implementation of smart home products
• Parameterising sun protection controls as part of maintenance or repair
• Instruction of end customers in handling the control systems
• Independent localisation and rectification of faults and errors
• Creating service reports and documentation
• Responsible project management up to commissioning and acceptance by the customer (radio and BUS technology)
• Consultation and quotation preparation for radio controls up to BUS solutions (KNX, etc.)
• Support of regional sales managers in technical clarifications
• Training of customers and colleagues

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as an electrical installer / automation specialist with experience in control systems
• Several years of professional experience in servicing complex technical systems and services in the field of building automation
• Experience in the KNX area is desirable
• Careful, reliable and safety-conscious working method as well as problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel throughout Switzerland and to the headquarters (Germany)
• High level of customer orientation, communication skills as well as flexibility and teamwork
• Good German language skills and driving licence category B
• French language skills are an advantage
• Good IT user skills in Office packages
