Bächli Bergsport is the leading Swiss specialist shop for mountaineering, climbing, expeditions, hiking, ski touring and snowshoeing. In eleven sales branches in German-speaking Switzerland, two sales branches in French-speaking Switzerland and one branch in Ticino, we offer our discerning customers the best products and brands, expert advice and top-class service.

• You will manage the branch together with the Branch Manager in a customer-oriented, efficient and goal-oriented manner and actively support the personnel management of employees and apprentices.
• On the sales floor, you are the mountain sports expert and pass on your knowledge to the department heads and the team.
• You advise our customers competently, empathetically and leave a good feeling on both sides.
• Customer service and support are close to your heart – you organise the processing within the team and ensure smooth operations.
• You pitch in everywhere, support administrative processes and continuously develop yourself and the entire team.

• You actively practise mountain sports (e.g. climbing, high-altitude tours, ski touring) and convey your passion to customers and the team.
• You have completed an apprenticeship as a retail specialist and already have several years of professional experience – ideally in the sporting goods industry.
• You have successfully gained initial leadership experience.
• You are confident in handling administrative processes and computers.
• You are a team player, enjoy sharing your knowledge and are willing to pitch in.
