To strengthen our care team, we are currently looking for a dedicated SRK Care Assistant or Health Specialist for our on-call service.

You are reliable, enjoy working independently and want to work flexibly in the care sector? Then we look forward to hearing from you!

What you will do:

🌙 On-call duties at night from 18:00 to 08:00
🌞 Weekend shifts both during the day and at night
🏠 Care and support of our clients at home
🛁 Assistance with basic and personal care
💬 Accompanying and supporting in daily life
🩺 Collaboration with nursing professionals and the existing care team
📄 Short and straightforward progress documentation via tablet
📞 Willingness to take on a shift at short notice if needed

What you bring with you:

🎓 Completed SRK care assistant course or training as a Health Specialist
📍 Residence in the city or region of Zurich – mandatory
🗣️ Good German skills, ideally B1–B2 or higher
🚗 Driving licence category B is an advantage
❤️ Enjoyment in working with people and empathy
🤝 Reliability, sense of responsibility and independent working style
🌙 Willingness for night on-call duties from 18:00 to 08:00
📅 Willingness for on-call duties at weekends – day and night
