Property Manager on the Owner Side (m/f/d)

You independently manage your own portfolio of residential and commercial properties
You look after tenants and coordinate collaboration with craftsmen, authorities and external partners
You independently conduct property and apartment inspections as well as handovers
You prepare rental contracts, contract addenda, service charge statements and relevant reports
You plan and coordinate maintenance and renovation work considering costs, quality and deadlines
You support budgeting and year-end processes
You participate in site developments, interim uses and process optimisations
Qualifications:
Federal diploma as a property manager
Several years of professional experience in independent property management
Very good knowledge of Swiss tenancy law
Confident German language skills as well as proficient use of MS Office; AbaImmo knowledge is an advantage
Independent, structured and service-oriented personality with a professional appearance
