For our client, a successful company in the insurance industry, we are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual as an Insurance Specialist (m/f/d). You will competently advise prospects on individual insurance solutions, accompany them from needs assessment to successful contract conclusion, and ensure a positive customer experience with your service-oriented approach.

Your Tasks
- Advising new and existing customers via telephone and digital communication channels
- Analysing individual customer needs and developing suitable insurance solutions
- Creating, processing, and following up on offers
- Active selling of insurance and pension products
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Documenting and maintaining customer data in the relevant systems
- Ensuring professional and service-oriented customer care
- Contributing to achieving sales and company targets
Your Profile
- Experience in sales, customer consulting, or the service sector is an advantage
- Enjoyment of telephone and digital customer contact
- Strong communication skills and negotiation ability
- Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style
- High customer and service orientation
- Very good German skills as well as good French or Italian skills; additional languages are an advantage
- Confident use of common IT applications and digital communication tools
- Motivated career changers with a strong sales flair are also welcome
