We are looking for you as a Signalling Planner (m/f/d) for DB Fahrwegdienste GmbH at the Koblenz location as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

• Ensuring the rule-compliant and timely execution of signalling planning and ATWS planning and, if necessary, consultation with the signalling performance coordinators or service managers are part of your responsibilities
• You ensure the submission of Section 1 SiPla for your own services as the executing company and process the signalling planning in the SiPla workflow Sections 3 and 4
• Creating ATWS plans and submitting them on time to the BzS is part of your duties, as well as applying for signalling planning for your own FWD services and determining the signalling requirements and informing the client
• You check the signalling call for completeness (e.g. in SPO) and are also responsible for providing the complete signalling plans in coordination with central dispatch to subcontractors or your own employees
• Furthermore, you take over the pool vehicle dispatch at the Mainz base and the BSS division
• Vehicle procurement, monitoring approvals for pool vehicle users, checking the required authorisations (LAP ID), and maintaining vehicle user data are your responsibilities, as well as regular vehicle inspections according to fleet regulations
• Ensuring the proper use of logbooks (VimCar) as well as daily checks of the digital logbook report and monthly checks of the paper logbooks
• You process fleet-related administrative offences in a timely manner and provide the necessary work equipment and appointments

Your profile:

• Ideally, you are already a trained ATWS planner and ATWS plan examiner or signalling planner, or you have successfully completed training related to the maintenance/repair of operational railway facilities
• Additionally, you have qualifications as a self-safety officer, signalling post, signalling supervisor, and signalling monitor, or you are willing to acquire the missing qualifications (functional training)
• Or you have at least 2 years of experience in track-related work in the roles of self-safety officer or signalling supervisor
• You are confident in using SAP and MS Office
• A valid driving licence class B is required
• You convince with strong customer and service orientation as well as communication and negotiation skills
• Conceptual thinking and organisational talent as well as goal orientation, reliability, commitment, independence, and flexibility complete your profile
