Social Educator (M/F)

Recognised private foundation of public utility, Perceval is committed to supporting people with disabilities (children, adolescents and adults) by offering schooling, training, work, care and living spaces. It supports the development of their autonomy, freedom and well-being, within an adapted and secure environment, thanks to qualified, responsible and caring staff.

As part of various replacements, we are looking for our residential unit hosting children and adolescents with multiple disabilities:

Mission :

• Socio-educational and care support for all daily life activities.
• Development, monitoring and evaluation of beneficiaries’ individualised projects through a reference system.
• Participation in projects related to the organisation, operation and educational approach of the home and institution.
• Close collaboration with educational, nursing staff as well as those delegated to the home’s administration.
• Regular collaboration with beneficiaries’ relatives and various intra- and extra-institutional partners.

Your profile:

• Educator training at ES/HES level.
• Specific skills in developing, implementing, managing and evaluating beneficiaries’ individualised projects.
• Experience and/or strong interest in supporting children with multiple disabilities in all aspects of their daily lives.
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills within a multidisciplinary team.
• Creativity and reflective capacity linked to the dynamics of the home and institutional work.
• Driving licence essential.
