What you will do
- Warm welcome and professional care of guests at the Front Office
- Conducting check-ins and check-outs as well as responding to guest enquiries
- Supporting the Front Office Manager in areas such as: staff planning, quality assurance, forecasting and process optimisation
- Handling telephone and written enquiries and forwarding messages to the relevant departments
- Ensuring smooth operations at the Front Office to guarantee a pleasant and unforgettable hotel experience for our guests
What you bring with you
- Enthusiasm for the hotel industry and a strong interest in working at the Front Office
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour
- Good German, English and/or French skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
- Team spirit, reliability and willingness to learn new skills and develop further
- You are currently studying at a recognised hotel management school
