About the job
We are looking for you - Responsibility Area RAI
50-80% by arrangement
Working hours: Monday to Friday, no weekends
The SONNHALDE in Grüningen (ZH) is a care and support centre with 300 beds. Across 14 wards – including care, support and two protected areas – we accompany people with physical and psychological impairments in a home with individual, appreciative care.
To strengthen our care and support area, we are looking for a committed individual for the responsibility in the RAI area as soon as possible or by arrangement.
Your Tasks
- Implementation and further development of the RAI process in collaboration with the care and support area management, RAI supervisors and external specialist offices
- Organisation and leadership of exchange meetings, training sessions and introduction of new employees to RAI
- Conducting coordinator courses and creating practice-oriented training materials
- Review of care effort groups and care documentation as well as support with billing questions
- Observation of innovations in the RAI system and relevant regulations and communication to employees
- Control and signing of treatment cards and care allowances
What You Bring
- Completed training as a nursing specialist HF or FH
- RAI coordinator course
- Experience as a supervisor and economic thinking
- Very good German language skills and IT knowledge
- Independence, resilience and social competence
