Your tasks

• Psychiatric care and support in the home environment
• Building and shaping therapeutic relationships
• Promoting independence, stability, and quality of life
• Crisis intervention and support in challenging situations
• Advice and support for relatives
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors, therapists, social services, and other specialist agencies
• Care planning, documentation, and evaluation of agreed goals

• Qualification as a Psychiatric Nurse HF/FH
• Enjoyment of independent and responsible work
• Empathy, resilience, and high social competence
• Professional relationship building as well as resource- and solution-oriented thinking
• Driving licence category B
