Trainee Business Analyst Digitalisation Networks (all)

You will help shape the digital transformation at BKW Power Grid. Over 18 months, you will get to know three different areas of the network business and further develop your knowledge around data, processes and systems. Start: 1 March 2027.

Your tasks

In these three business areas, you will work on current projects, contribute your skills and develop them purposefully.

Asset Finance & Information

• You will work on data models for our network infrastructure and learn how to create, model and optimise them
• You will apply your theoretical Python knowledge to write code in our development environment

Network Customer & Network Connection Management

• You will support the teams in digitalising processes and analysing data related to our network customers and connection requests
• You will create evaluations and statistics as a basis for business decisions

Asset Service Management

• You will work in process and IT management and further develop digital solutions for planning, control and order processing
• You will analyse processes, gather requirements and accompany new digital solutions from conception to implementation

What you bring with you

• You have studied business informatics, business administration, industrial engineering or a related field and are interested in data and business analytics as well as process and system development
• You have initial practical knowledge of Python and/or SQL
• You approach others openly and straightforwardly, communicate appreciatively and work constructively in a team
• You think along, contribute your own ideas and enjoy working interdisciplinarily
• You communicate fluently in German
