Main tasks

Baggage service at check-in and check-out
Coat check service
Parking cars (garage/parking lot)
Transfer of our guests in the Gstaad-Saanenland area
Cleaning of hotel and guest vehicles
Handling postal services
General guest services
Ensuring cleanliness and order in the entrance area/driveway
Compliance with hotel-specific quality standards
