Your Tasks
Do you enjoy actively shaping the future of long-term care as a vocational trainer and supporting learners on their journey? In this responsible role as a full-time vocational trainer, you take on a key position in the training of future nursing professionals. With commitment, expertise, and a lot of heart, you support learners individually in their development and strengthen their professional as well as personal skills.
You create an appreciative and professional learning culture where development is encouraged and self-responsibility is lived. In doing so, you work closely with nursing professionals, education managers, and parents, thus contributing to a holistic and high-quality education.

Your Profile
- Diploma at tertiary level (HF, FH, DN II, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
- At least 2 years of experience in nursing
- Further training in vocational pedagogy SVEB certificate trainer (or equivalent training within 300 hours or willingness to complete this)
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- High pedagogical competence, empathy, and enjoyment in supporting learners
- Quality awareness, organisational talent, and a reflective, open personality
