- You learn the consulting craft from the ground up and are supported by experienced client advisors.
- You develop step by step into a competent contact person and manage your own key account clients.
- You maintain and strengthen established relationships with clients, brokers, and partners and actively engage in client retention and acquisition.
- You identify optimization potentials in social insurance solutions and create tailored offers, clear comparisons, and meaningful presentations.
- You coordinate client concerns with our specialist departments.
This is how you convince us
- You have a commercial basic education and bring solid professional experience in social insurances – ideally in the BVG environment.
- You have already gained initial experience in client consulting and quickly recognize what really matters to your conversation partners.
- You communicate confidently, clearly, and on equal footing in German. Knowledge of French or Italian is welcome but not mandatory.
- You appear competent, remain approachable, and win people over with your authentic manner – because you prefer to find solutions together rather than just presenting offers.
