For our Qualicoat certified coating plant, we are looking for an experienced person who would like to work in a 2-shift system.
Your Tasks
- Independent operation of the powder centre and the manual cabin
- Checking the colour, degree of dryness, and correct hanging of parts before coating
- Preparing the powder system with the correct powder and settings
- Coating while adhering to the correct layer thicknesses and optimised powder consumption
- Continuous monitoring of the coating and, if necessary, correcting with the hand gun
- Selecting the correct colour change programme for the curing ovens
- Reporting powder consumption and returning powder to storage
- Carrying out cleaning and maintenance in the powder coating area according to specifications
- Assisting at the loading/unloading stations as needed
Your Profile
- Professional experience as a powder coater
- Manual dexterity
- Team player
- Willingness to work 2 shifts, occasionally 3 shifts
- Good German in spoken and written form (at least B1)
- PC skills
- Independent, flexible, reliable, and resilient
- Own car essential for shift work
(Early shift 05:00 – 14:00, Late shift 14:00 – 23:00, occasionally Night shift 23:00 – 05:00)
