- You lead, motivate, and inspire your store team (employees and temporary staff) to top performance.
- Responsibility is important to you: from opening and closing the store to creating efficient work schedules.
- You keep the numbers under control – whether cash management, accounting (cash and credit card payments), or inventory.
- You handle orders, inventory management, and postings confidently.
- Order, cleanliness, and perfect price labeling? For you, a matter of course.
- Thanks to you, customer orders are always ready for pickup.
- You design and manage promotional areas with creativity and an eye for detail (in coordination with the Retail Manager and 3D poly designer).
- You actively manage our Liquidomats – including careful wine selection in collaboration with product management.
- Through your proactive customer acquisition, you excite new customers and retain existing ones.
- You promote our Liquid Member Card
This is what you have in your assortment:
- You have solid knowledge in the world of wines and spirits – ideally through training such as wine academic or certified sommelier.
- Experience in the wine and spirits industry is a matter of course for you.
- Passion for tastings and events? Exactly your thing! You know how to excite customers and build long-term relationships.
- Your customer orientation and service mentality set standards.
- Enthusiasm for extraordinary products is in your DNA – and you manage to transfer this passion to others.
- You are proficient in MS Office, and your German and English skills, both spoken and written, are strong.
