Your Responsibilities
- Room Control and Room Release | Control and release of hotel rooms for use
- Documenting Technical Deficiencies | Reporting and documenting technical deficiencies
- Lost and Found Management | Reporting and documenting lost and found items
- Implementing Hygiene and Safety Regulations | Ensuring compliance with all hygiene and occupational safety regulations
- Staff Training / Recruitment | Training and onboarding of staff / Assisting in the recruitment process and pre-selection
- Ensuring Quality Standards | Responsibility for compliance with quality standards
- Hotel Management | First point of contact with hotel management
- Monthly Closing | Monthly preparation of room billing and work reports
- Financial Situation | Responsible for the financial situation in the hotel (contribution margin)
Your Qualifications and Skills
- Professional Experience | You have proven experience in the cleaning industry
- Leadership Experience | Experience as a team leader or in a comparable position
- Language Skills | Good German or English skills are essential
- Work Style and Team Ability | Independent, reliable work style combined with strong team ability
- Appearance | Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor
