What is my role?

Do you have a technical flair, enjoy working with modern production equipment, and place great importance on quality and hygiene? Then your next challenge in food production awaits here!

• Proper operation of our modern production equipment as well as independent troubleshooting

• Provision and weighing of materials according to specified recipes

• Setup, control, and monitoring of production equipment

• Execution and documentation of quality checks

• Working on the production line and supporting the packaging process

• Active contribution to a smooth and efficient production process

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a Plant Operator or Food Technologist EFZ with professional experience

• Practical experience in the food industry

• Willingness to work shifts (Monday to Saturday, 2-shift system)

  • Early shift: 04:00 - 13:00

  • Late shift: 13:00 - 23:00

• High hygiene awareness and strong quality understanding

• Flexibility, sense of responsibility, and team spirit

• Initial experience in staff management is an advantage
