Deputy Team Leader Laundry (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Co-responsibility for organising and leading a small team
• Active participation in daily operations
• Operation, monitoring and maintenance of modern production equipment
• Troubleshooting minor error messages and performing machine maintenance tasks
• Picking and goods inspection
• Ensuring quality, productivity, order and cleanliness in the work area
• Representing the team leader during absences

Your Profile

• Professional experience as an operations employee or similar, as well as experience in a deputy role, ideally in production, operations or logistics environment
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, are required
• Suva forklift licence and experience in forklift driving are advantageous
• Quick comprehension, precise working method and strong sense of quality
• Resilient, flexible and always keeping an overview - even under time pressure
• Confident, motivated and positive personality
• Technically and manually skilled, no fear of challenges and eager to work
