Your Tasks

Make your mark as the new Head of Maintenance Energy Contracting and District Heating. In doing so, you make a valuable contribution to ecological sustainability. You can expect a motivated team and an exciting environment with interesting maintenance tasks for a diverse and continuously growing plant portfolio. Your tasks include:

You are responsible for the personnel and technical leadership and further development of the ten employees of the entire maintenance team. You provide technical coaching to employees throughout the maintenance area.

You maintain customer contact and support customers with inquiries, service work, or malfunctions (2nd level support).

Your other tasks include monitoring the maintenance and energy budget, budgeting, and reporting tasks.

In planning and implementing new construction and renovation projects, you contribute your expertise from the maintenance perspective in a goal-oriented manner.

On-call duty

Your Profile

Advanced technical training in heating/sanitary, electrical, or maintenance or related fields

Many years of experience in leading maintenance teams

Proven experience in the maintenance of large plants

You are an entrepreneurial personality with high professional competence, aligning your results with quality, economy, and sustainability.

You possess conceptual thinking as well as a strong customer and service orientation and teamwork skills. Your negotiation skills and communication strength distinguish you.

Very high IT affinity, good user knowledge of MS Office and SAP
