What Awaits You

In this role, you will support our customers quickly and straightforwardly in the event of a claim.

What You Will Achieve With Us

You assist our customers with uncomplicated claims processing and personally accompany them throughout the entire process.

You receive the claim notifications and are responsible for further processing and handling. You independently initiate necessary immediate measures and maintain close contact with all parties involved.

You conduct on-site claim inspections and ensure a thorough assessment of the damages.

What You Bring With You

• Completed training in the insurance industry
• Solid professional experience in claims processing
• Enjoyment of customer contact and professional support in the event of a claim
• Independent, responsible and proactive personality
• Fluent German skills, additional languages are a plus 

Working With Us

We offer you a challenging, varied and independent role in a motivated, young team. The Insurance Supervision Act requires the completion of the Insurance Intermediary VBV, Non-Life and Life profile to perform this function. If this is not available, we are happy to support you with tailored internal training.
