The Dielsdorf Health Centre is a modern geriatric competence centre with around 500 employees from 35 nations. Our services range from advisory services for older people and their relatives to general and specialised long-term care, as well as nursing and care at home. At the Regensdorf location, we offer 54 residents a family-like environment with professional nursing care.

• Independent execution of basic and treatment care for residents within the key nurse system
• Planning and implementation of the nursing process together with the team
• Collaboration within the multiprofessional team
• Assuming daily responsibility
• Responsibility for recording nursing measures and RAI LTCF assessments
• Ensuring compliance with internal company instructions (nursing guidelines, directives)
• Supporting staff in professional and interpersonal matters

• You have completed training as a nursing specialist HF or hold Swiss SRK recognition
• You enjoy working early, late and night shifts
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form (at least level B2)
• Ability to think in a connected way
• You possess strong social skills and value interdisciplinary collaboration
• High sense of responsibility, independence and flexibility characterise you
• Familiarity with modern aids is part of your daily routine (PC, tablet, smartphone)
• Knowledge of RAI LTCF is desirable
