About the job
What you will achieve:
- Monitoring the correct, automated processing of sales compensations in operational business and calculation as well as triggering of complex, manual payments
- Conceptual development of new compensation models taking into account economic requirements and simulation of the effects
- Creation of business reports, data evaluations and management analyses to ensure sales control and economic viability as well as participation in the annual profitability analysis
- Management of the requirements input process, coordination and alignment with sales, IT and other stakeholders as well as ensuring the implementation of new requirements in the systems
- Participation in or management of projects within the framework of the further development of sales compensations
Why you will succeed:
- You have a university or university of applied sciences degree in economics, engineering or natural sciences
- Ideally, you already have professional experience in the insurance or healthcare sector and possess assertiveness as well as negotiation skills
- Your affinity for analytical tasks and your precise working style and pronounced customer orientation as well as your interest in conceptual finance and sales topics you want to put into action in a dynamic environment
- You have good knowledge of MS Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint), experience with data evaluations and possibly basic programming skills
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form are required
