To strengthen our team in the Deli & Cheese sector, we are looking for a motivated and committed Supermarket Collaborator, 20%, starting from 01.09.2025 to 31.12.2025, at the location in Lugano.
Your responsibilities
- Structure sales arguments into discussions and advise our demanding customers competently and friendly.
- Regularly check that the sales counters are well stocked and clean.
- Successfully implement product and local concepts.
- Create an appealing shopping atmosphere in line with the strategy (season, etc.).
- Ensure the freshness and quality of our products.
- Consistently adhere to prescribed hygiene standards.
Your profile
- You have completed basic training in retail in the food and luxury goods sector.
- You already have professional experience in a similar activity, preferably as a fresh meat seller.
- You are a reliable person who loves their job and has a lot of drive.
- You have a motivated, friendly personality and a well-groomed appearance.
- You have a clean, meticulous, and efficient working method.
- You speak Italian fluently and have knowledge of another national language.
