For our client, an internationally active pharmaceutical company with a large production and logistics site in the Rheinfelden region, we are looking for a reliable Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) from 01.09.2026. The site is one of the most important manufacturing facilities in the industry in Switzerland and places the highest value on quality, hygiene and precision in all storage and material flow processes.

Your tasks

• You ensure a smooth process of production supply by delivering operations on time and correctly booking goods in and out
• You store pallets properly in the manual warehouse, cold storage and operational warehouse
• You manually control conveyor systems and safely operate forklifts and pallet trucks in daily business
• You check incoming and outgoing pallets using a radio frequency terminal (RFT) and reliably link them with the corresponding goods movements
• You create and correctly apply storage unit and load unit labels
• You process internal goods receipts and precisely book returns in the IT system
• You take responsibility for cleanliness, order and the consistent adherence to SOPs as well as hygiene and safety regulations in your area

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as a Logistics Specialist EFZ or EBA is mandatory
• Valid forklift licence, ideally with a course completed no longer than five years ago
• Impeccable character – a current criminal record extract must be provided
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
• You are flexible, resilient and keep an overview even in a dynamic warehouse environment
• Experience in a comparable pharmaceutical or production environment is welcome but not essential
• Careful, independent and error-free working style, also in administrative IT entries
