- You independently manage assigned specialist areas with a higher level of complexity and take on professional responsibility for budget, forecast calculations and financial statements.
- You independently prepare complex calculations, analyses and decision-making bases, thereby making an important contribution to sound management of the areas.
- You develop ad-hoc analyses and proactively provide business management information for strategic and operational decisions.
- You analyse, design and optimise existing as well as new processes and support the implementation of efficient workflows.
- You advise the assigned areas as a sparring partner on business management issues and support operational management.
- You participate in projects and training sessions and take on tasks in the area of further development of BI tools and reporting structures.
Your Profile
- Completed commercial apprenticeship with further training in controlling (e.g. HFP or equivalent)
- At least 2-3 years of solid professional experience in controlling and cost accounting
- In-depth knowledge of accounting and accounting according to HRM2 is an advantage
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel; experience with BI tools and Abacus is an advantage
- Analytical, networked and solution-oriented thinking as well as structured and reliable working style
- Communicative and committed personality with enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration

Your Salary
Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 90,000 and 115,000 Swiss francs per year.
The exact salary depends on your education and professional experience. During the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may be classified below the salary range in individual cases. Additionally, AOZ pays allowances for work at night and on Sundays. Further salary development depends on your performance and AOZ's financial possibilities.
