About the job
For our Bloomell Coffeehouse in Derendingen, we are looking for a committed hostess or host.

Service and kitchen work hand in hand with us. Therefore, we expect a willingness to also learn individual tasks and processes in our breakfast kitchen and actively support the kitchen team when needed.
Our coffeehouse on the Emmenhof site in Derendingen is a modern meeting place, directly by the water, in the green, and at the same time part of a dynamic, newly developed area. A place where enjoyment, encounters, and everyday life naturally come together.
YOUR TASKS
• Attending to our guests from welcome to farewell
• Service during daily operations with opening hours from 09:00 to 17:00
• Taking on daily responsibility and coordinating service during the shift
• Preparation of coffee and espresso drinks including latte art
• Practical work throughout the entire operation
• Ensuring our quality, hygiene, and service standards
• Close exchange with the kitchen team, as service and kitchen work hand in hand with us
YOUR PROFILE
• Completed basic training as a restaurant specialist EFZ or a comparable qualification
• Experience in service and enjoyment in taking on responsibility
• Digital affinity, as many of our processes are digitally organised
• High social competence and genuine joy in working with guests
• Resilience, independence, teamwork, and reliability
• Flexibility and good German language skills
• Experience in the coffee sector is an advantage
• Willingness to work regularly on weekends and public holidays
