YOUR TASKS

• You accompany, promote and support our apprentices and students in everyday nursing and actively shape their training
• You professionally, individually and empathetically care for and support postnatal women, newborns and gynaecological patients
• You support families in their first days together and create security and trust
• You implement medical orders and participate in diagnostic, therapeutic and preventive measures
• You actively contribute your expertise to everyday nursing and take responsibility in clinical decision-making

YOUR PROFILE

• Training as a qualified nurse HF/FH
• Experience in postnatal care and gynaecology
• Interest in vocational training and willingness to complete the vocational trainer course (if not already completed)
• Enjoy passing on knowledge and supporting young people in their development
• Your empathetic, open and reliable personality distinguishes you
• Appreciative communication and collaboration on an equal footing are natural to you
