What is my role?

Our client is looking for a skilled professional who knows how to handle numbers and manages accounting for condominium ownership and rental properties professionally – with accuracy, foresight, and commitment:

• Preparation of heating and operating cost statements is one of your core tasks – precise, punctual, and flawless

• Responsibility for correct and meaningful balance sheets – numbers are your daily craft

• Support during audits with clear structure and transparent documentation

• Handling the entire accounts payable and receivable including dunning processes – you always keep an overview

• Professional communication with owners, tenants, authorities, and property management – service-oriented and solution-focused

• As an important link between finance and contacts, you act competently in both areas

What do I need to be successful?

• You have a solid commercial basic education and bring extensive experience in real estate accounting

• Numbers are your passion – analytical thinking and a careful working style characterise you

• You are well versed in condominium and rental property accounting and move confidently in this field

• Working with MS Office applications is routine for you; knowledge of Rimo R4/R5 is an advantage or you are motivated to learn quickly

• You enjoy working in a team, have a positive attitude, and remain calm even under high workload

• Accuracy, reliability, and customer orientation shape your daily work – high standards are important to you

• You enjoy contact with different interlocutors and find pragmatic solutions for various concerns
