What is my role?

Our client requires a committed leader for the independent management of the sanitary and service department as a profit centre. You will take on both operational and strategic leadership and drive the targeted expansion of the department.

Your core tasks:

• Management of demanding projects - from water distribution and bathroom renovations to hygiene-compliant installations and gas supplies

• Responsibility for heat recovery systems and solar installations

• Acquisition of new contracts through your entrepreneurial thinking and your network

• Ensuring the continuous development of the department

With your leadership strength and contacts, you will significantly shape the future of this department and ensure long-term success.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a federally certified sanitary master or equivalent qualification

• Solid expertise in the sanitary sector

• Several years of experience in staff management and project leadership

• Entrepreneurial thinking and a reliable network for acquiring new customers

• High reliability combined with an independent working style

• Communicative and open personality

• High commitment and enthusiasm

• Excellent German skills, both spoken and written
