For our client, an established Swiss industrial company in the Bern area, we are looking for an independent, precise and technically interested individual as a Polymechanic CNC Milling 80-100% (m/f).
In this role, you will manufacture individual parts, small series and technical components on CNC milling machines. You will work according to drawings, set up machines and ensure that quality, dimensional accuracy and clean manufacturing processes are guaranteed at all times.
- Manufacturing individual parts, small series and technical components
- Reading and implementing drawings, manufacturing documents and inspection plans
- Performing dimensional checks, quality inspections and corrections
- Changing and adjusting tools, clamping devices and fixtures
- Supporting special parts, prototypes and technical adjustments
- Participating in process improvements and optimisations in the manufacturing area
- Maintenance and care of machines as well as compliance with order and safety regulations
- Experience in CNC milling or mechanical manufacturing
- Enjoyment of individual parts, small series and varied manufacturing tasks
- Confident understanding of drawings, tolerances and measuring instruments
- Experience with Heidenhain, Siemens, Fanuc or comparable controls is an advantage
- Precise, independent and quality-conscious working style
- Technical interest and enjoyment of practical work
- Good German language skills, spoken and written

Profile
- Completed training as a polymechanic, production mechanic or CNC mechanic- Experience in CNC milling or mechanical manufacturing
- Enjoyment of individual parts, small series and varied manufacturing tasks
- Confident understanding of drawings, tolerances and measuring instruments
- Experience with Heidenhain, Siemens, Fanuc or comparable controls is an advantage
