The Balcons du Lac Foundation includes the EMS Les Palmiers in Montreux, the EMS Résidence Les Laurelles in Territet, the EMS Les Rosiers in Blonay, two temporary care centres in Montreux and Villeneuve, as well as adapted housing with support in Blonay. It employs around 180 staff across all sectors.

To complete our care team at EMS Les Rosiers, we wish to hire on a permanent contract a:

Your mission:

• Define individualised care for residents and propose measures to improve the operation and quality of care;
• Be responsible for the execution and monitoring of care by the staff (ASSC and nursing assistants);
• Organise and participate daily in the activities of the care service;
• Engage in development projects of the establishment, interdisciplinarity, as well as compliance with internal directives and regulations;
• Keep the residents’ electronic records up to date daily;
• Ensure nursing shifts on a rota with all the Foundation’s nurses;
• Carry out administrative tasks related to the role.

Your profile (F or M):

• Qualified nurse HES or equivalent training recognised by the Swiss Red Cross;
• Resident within a maximum of 35 minutes from the Foundation;
• Ability to integrate into a young, dynamic and experienced team;
• Motivated, responsible, autonomous and flexible person;
• Good IT skills, especially with common professional software in the field (DIR, etc.);
• Interest in elderly care;
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience;
• Experience in EMS desired and/or accustomed to working in large units.
