About the job
Intern in Hospitality Management 100%- Varied tasks in catering: You look after meeting rooms, take charge of the aperitif and beverage service, serve and assist at fine-dining events, and contribute to preparations in the back office as well as in the catering kitchen.
- Organisation & administration: You work with our booking system, handle enquiries, and support administrative tasks.
- Front office & reception: By working at reception and the reception switchboard, you learn the procedures at reception and ensure a professional and warm contact with our guests.
- Room & service management: You ensure order, cleanliness, and an inviting atmosphere in the meeting and guest areas.
- Experience meeting management up close: You gain insights into the organisation and running of meetings and ensure that the meeting rooms are optimally prepared and equipped.
- Experience teamwork: You work closely with a dedicated hospitality team and assist at evening events.
- You have recently completed or are currently pursuing a degree in hospitality management, tourism, or a comparable course of study.
- You communicate fluently in German and have good English skills.
- You impress with your open and service-oriented manner, enjoy interacting with people, and present yourself professionally and confidently.
- Your working style is characterised by independence, initiative, and a structured approach.
