For the Manor department store in Lausanne, we are looking for our new Youngstar from 01.08.2027 in the specific field of Designing and Realising Shopping Experiences.
Your responsibilities
- Establish relationships with customers, be able to meet their requirements during sales discussions
- Analyse customers’ needs and offer them solutions
- Present trends and products, organise events and promotions for customers while creating a pleasant shopping experience
- Handle and process repairs, returns, complaints
- Recognise developments and trends in retail and implement them daily
- Be able to manage merchandise management processes provided by our IT systems
- Communicate through various channels
- Work within several teams
Your profile
- You have a talent for approaching people even if you do not know them. You know how to convince people through your positive and winning manner
- You will be able to pass on your innate sense of trends to others
- You have completed lower secondary education (school with high requirements) with good grades
- You can express yourself in a foreign language
- You have taken the Multicheck for retail professionals and achieved an overall "sufficient" result
- You are willing to work Saturdays and evenings
