Our mission: As the largest portal in Switzerland (yousty.ch), we ensure that young people find their desired apprenticeship. To make this happen, we need you as the first point of contact for the training companies.

Your role: Door opener & communication talent

You are the voice of Yousty externally. Without you, there are no consultation appointments: you are the engine of our sales team.

• Scheduling: You inspire trainers on the phone and arrange qualified appointments for our customer advisors.
• Support: You assist the sales team in the preparation and follow-up of appointments.
• Database: You keep our leads clean and are highly organized.

Your profile: Grit & heart

• Background: Ideally, you are a recent graduate or looking for an entry into the sales world.
• Mindset: You are ambitious, don’t give up immediately at a "no," and have the necessary bit of persistence.
• Language: You speak flawless German and love to communicate.
• Work style: You work efficiently, reliably, and are a real organizational talent.
