At the Municipal Curative Education School, Michaelschule, around 125 children and adolescents with developmental delays, cognitive impairments, or autism spectrum disorders are supported and cared for with curative education. The integrated special education, a wide range of therapies, a support group for children with multiple disabilities, and day care complement the Michaelschule's offerings.

Your Tasks

We are looking for a substitute for our kitchen staff in day care starting immediately or by arrangement. Your work assignments will be during the school weeks on 5 weekdays in case of absence of our staff, as well as by arrangement during the holidays for a maximum of 4 weeks of holiday care.

Proper preparation of pre-made meals between 60-150 portions

Plating small meals and salads

Washing kitchen and tableware as well as performing cleaning tasks

Small purchases for snacks for the care groups

Compliance with hygiene and occupational safety regulations including documentation

Cooking during four weeks of holiday care for about 30 to 40 people by arrangement

Your Profile

Professional experience in a professional kitchen environment

Experience with hygiene and occupational safety regulations

Independent, efficient working style and organizational skills

Good German language skills in spoken and written form

High customer orientation and good manners
