Your Tasks

• You support the further development of our recovery-oriented acute ward based on the High Intensive Care (HIC) model
• You accompany our patients individually and person-centred
• You participate in the further development of the ward concept and therapy offers
• You actively contribute your valuable experience and perspective in the interprofessional team
• You assist in the practical training of nursing students and trainees
• As a nursing key worker, you actively shape the treatment process
• You ensure comprehensive, person-centred care and compliance with our high quality standards
• You provide a safe environment for people in acute, life-threatening crisis situations (psychiatric, social, somatic)

Your Profile

• You have completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH
• You have experience in psychiatry or somatics with an interest in psychiatry
• You are enthusiastic about interprofessional collaboration and complex psychiatric issues
• You are resilient, committed and appreciate the challenges on the newly organised (HIC) acute ward
