- Completed training in road or civil engineering, preferably EFZ.
- Strong knowledge in laying and processing rolled asphalt.
- Experience in leading and organizing construction teams.

Your tasks:
- Independent management and organisation of road construction and surfacing work
- Leadership and coordination of employees on the construction site
- Planning and organisation of daily workflows, machinery and materials
- Professional installation of rolled asphalt together with our surfacing team
- Execution and supervision of road construction work, edge finishes and surfacing work
- Implement staking and surveying work according to plan
- Ensuring quality, deadlines and occupational safety
- Preparation of daily reports and measurements
- Coordination with site management, construction management, suppliers and subcontractors
- Active participation on the construction site
Your profile:
- Completed training in road or civil engineering, ideally road builder*in EFZ
- Further training as foreman*in or supervisor*in civil engineering / road construction or equivalent professional experience
- Several years of experience in road and surfacing construction
- Very good knowledge in the installation and processing of rolled asphalt
- Experience in leading and organising construction site teams
- Good knowledge in handling construction machinery and equipment
- Knowledge in staking, surveying and reading plans
- Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style
- Resilience, flexibility and assertiveness
- Commitment, initiative and strong team spirit
- German language skills at least level B2
- Driving licence category B
