Specialist in Internal Medicine / General Medicine - Integrative Medicine & Revenue Sharing in Switzerland

Would you like to combine internal medicine with more time per patient, integrative therapeutic approaches, and economic flexibility? In a growing practice on Lake Constance, you work with both insured and private patients, benefit from a fixed salary with revenue sharing, and actively shape the further development of the practice.

Currently, three doctors work in the practice; prospectively, the medical team is to grow to about five to seven people. Medically, a broad internal and integrative treatment spectrum is the focus. A special professional focus is on complex and neurodegenerative diseases, whereby this position explicitly seeks a doctor trained in internal or general medicine.

The practice is connected to a private clinic with hotel services. In addition to patients from regular outpatient care, numerous private patients are cared for who use a treatment framework lasting several hours or associated with a stay for more extensive treatments. This setting differs significantly from a classic tightly scheduled general practice.

For individual consultations, approximately 30 to 60 minutes per patient are planned. For more complex treatment concepts, patients can spend several hours on site. The combination of practice, private clinic, hotel services, and integrative medicine enables a form of care focused on detailed diagnostics and individually tailored therapies.

Your responsibilities:

• Independent general and internal medical care of patients
• Medical support of insured and private patients in an outpatient and private clinic-linked setting
• Diagnostic assessment and development of individual treatment concepts for complex clinical pictures
• Participation in integrative therapy concepts, including for patients with neurodegenerative diseases
• Active involvement in the further medical and organisational expansion of the practice

Your competencies:

• Specialist title in General Internal Medicine, General Practitioner or General Medicine
• Interest in integrative medicine and the treatment of complex clinical pictures
• German language skills at least at C1 level
• Willingness for long-term collaboration and active participation in shaping a growing practice
• MEBEKO recognition and professional practice permit in the canton of St. Gallen; foreign candidates are supported both advisory and financially during the recognition and licensing process
