For our client, an innovative company in the field of security and building technology, we are looking for a technically skilled and customer-oriented personality as a Service Technician Security Technology (m/f/d). The position offers a varied mix of technology, customer contact and independent work. Motivated career starters and lateral entrants with a basic technical education also receive comprehensive training.

Service Technician Security Technology (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Installation and commissioning of modern alarm and video surveillance systems
• Carrying out maintenance, repair and servicing work
• Analysis and troubleshooting of technical faults at customers' premises
• Expansion and adaptation of existing security systems
• Programming and configuration of the systems used
• Technical advice and instruction of customers
• Handover and explanation of the installed systems
• Collaboration with project managers and other technical departments
• Assuming on-call duties after appropriate training

Your Profile

• Completed basic technical training, for example as an electrician, electrical fitter, automation technician, automotive mechatronics technician or comparable
• Interest in alarm, video and security technology
• Good IT user skills and enthusiasm for digital technologies
• Knowledge of low-voltage or building technology is an advantage
• Willingness to familiarise yourself with new technical systems and applications
• Driving licence category B and willingness to undertake regional customer assignments
• Independent, careful and reliable working style
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact and professional appearance
• Good German language skills
