About the job
What you can achieve
- You set up our modern filling systems for yogurt, mascarpone, vegan products, and other specialties and independently carry out format and product changes.
- During production, you monitor the filling process, detect deviations early, and ensure smooth plant operation.
- You independently analyze and resolve minor malfunctions to keep downtime as short as possible.
- You ensure that quality, hygiene, and food safety are always maintained and carefully document your work steps.
- Step by step, you get to know several systems and develop into a versatile operator within our specialties filling department.
What you bring with you
- You have training in the food sector, as a system operator, or experience in food production.
- You enjoy operating machines, converting them, and understanding technical processes.
- You work reliably, think ahead, and pitch in when it comes to solving malfunctions or improving processes.
- Good German skills are important so that you can safely understand systems, processes, and documentation.
- You are willing to work in a 3-shift system and take on about 1-2 Saturdays per month in a rotating system.
