Foreman Landscaping (m/f)
Your tasks and responsibilities
- Leading a landscaping team of about 2-4 employees
- Organization / deployment of personnel, machines, and materials
- Issuing work instructions
- Responsible for work quality and quantity
- Preparation of daily and time reports
Our expectations
- Completed apprenticeship as a landscape gardener EFZ
- Several years of practical experience
- German spoken and written
- Driver's license category B, BE
- Good plant knowledge
- Experience in handling small machines and excavators
- Responsible, conscientious, and goal-oriented personality
- Open-mindedness, sociability, reliability, punctuality
- High resilience and willingness to perform
