About the job
The Nathalie Foundation is looking for a creative, versatile Carpenter EFZ (70%) for building maintenance starting 1 January 2027.
No day is like the other with us: today a sticking door, tomorrow a new piece of furniture, the day after a repair on the building – and in between perhaps a child who urgently wants to know why so many tools are needed.
Your future daily routine
- Carpentry and woodwork of all kinds
- Installing and repairing doors, fittings, locks and furniture
- Maintenance and repair work on our buildings
- Carrying out minor conversions and adjustments independently
- Supervision of the therapy pool
- Not simply throwing away defective items, but first considering: "Can this be repaired?"
- Support with renovations and construction projects
- Collaboration with external craftsmen and specialist companies
- Keeping an eye on buildings and facilities and recognising problems
- Contact with employees and clients – because for us the buildings are not just buildings, but places of life, learning and work
What you bring with you
- EFZ as a carpenter
- Enjoyment of practical, independent work
- Interest in learning something new every day
- Good manual and technical skills
- Solution-oriented thinking: "How do we manage this?" instead of "That’s not possible."
- Reliability and a sense of responsibility
- Enjoyment of a varied working day
- Driving licence category B
What awaits you
- A varied position in building maintenance
- Lots of personal responsibility and room for your own solutions
- A versatile workplace with buildings, workshop, technology and indoor swimming pool
- An environment where your work makes a direct difference
- Collegial cooperation and short decision-making paths
