Job description
Your mission
Structure and implement a human-sized HR policy, in close connection with management and teams:
· HR strategy and support for managers
· Recruitment, integration, and skills development
· Personnel administrative management and payroll
· Social climate and compliance with labor law / CCT
Profile sought
· Proven experience in HR (≥ 5 years)
· Recognized HR training
· Good knowledge of Swiss labor law
· Collaborative leadership and sense of ethics
A big plus
· Knowledge of Gunto (SADIES)
· Knowledge of Polypoint (PEP)
