Service Technician (Worldwide) 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Carrying out installations, maintenance, repairs and commissioning at customers' sites worldwide

• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues while adhering to the company’s high quality standards

• Close collaboration with the technical support team to solve complex technical challenges and effectively meet customer needs.

• Training customer personnel on site in the operation and maintenance of the products

• Documenting service calls, preparing reports and providing feedback to the internal team to drive continuous improvements

• Compliance with safety guidelines and regulations during all service assignments

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical training (e.g. electrical engineering, mechatronics or equivalent)

• Several years of experience as a service technician or in a similar position, ideally in an international environment

• Excellent knowledge in troubleshooting, maintenance and commissioning of technical systems

• Willingness to travel internationally frequently and flexibility regarding working hours.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds

• Good English skills are required, additional language skills are an advantage

• Independent working style, teamwork and a strong service orientation
