Responsibilities
- 360° management of complex development projects in Geneva;
- As project manager for the entire development process, you assume technical responsibility (profitability, deadlines, quality) from initiation, design and planning, to handover to the investor(s) (investment projects) or buyers (condominium projects).
- You also take charge of the commercial aspect, prepare profitability calculations, obtain budgets and control revenues and costs.
- Management and coordination with the project team, external contractors and authorities;
- Management and structural support for ongoing and future tenders in Geneva;
- Participation in proactive and reactive acquisition processes;
- Structural support to the transaction unit within the framework of studies and due diligences;
- Site search and development project opportunities in Geneva and neighbouring France;
- You have an excellent network within the administrative services and the profession in Geneva;
You bring
- Proven solid knowledge of the Geneva market.
- IEI diploma and/or Swiss federal developer certificate and/or more than 10 years of activity in real estate development in Switzerland.
- Degree in architecture, urban planning or engineering or comparable knowledge in the field of construction planning.
- Ability to manage a complex and long-term project within the framework of a PLQ in Geneva.
- Confirmed extensive knowledge and practice of financial plans and OCLPF practices.
- In-depth analytical skills and the ability to collaboratively develop a synthetic overview of a project’s strategy;
- Experience in internal and external management of planning teams and specialists.
- Professional and positive approach to challenges, proposing operational solutions;
- Team player and good communicator internally and externally, pleasant and effective collaboration;
- Good representation and networking skills, important contact book in Geneva;
- Impeccable professional track record and appropriate references.
- Flawless French expression. Good command of English and/or German is an asset.
