Team Leader: Physiotherapy Medicine

We are looking for you from November 1, 2025, or by arrangement as

• You take responsibility for the professional and organizational management of the therapists in your assigned area
• You support the continuous development of employees and promote their potential
• You are responsible for quality development and assurance and share the economic responsibility for your area
• You promote result-oriented intra- and interdisciplinary collaboration

• You are a physiotherapist and have a FH physiotherapy diploma as well as several years of professional experience, complemented by targeted professional training at the master’s level in the fields of medicine, neurology, intensive care medicine, or pediatrics 
• You have already successfully led teams and have further training in leadership – or are willing to acquire it
• You work independently, responsibly, and have experience in leading project groups as well as in developing concepts
• You also have high social competence as well as good conflict and assertiveness skills
