Construction Cost Planner, 80-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You create condition and potential analyses
• You also calculate offers and prepare general contractor and specialised contractor contracts as well as specifications
• Furthermore, you advise investors in the pre-project phase
• Optimising costs and construction processes is just as much part of your demanding area of responsibility as handing over the objects to the project team
• The workload can, depending on your preference, be between 80 and 100%

Requirements

• Ideally, you are a trained architectural draughtswoman/draughtsman and have completed further training, e.g. as an architect, construction manager, construction technician or similar (m/f/d)
• Professional experience in construction cost planning is an advantage but not a requirement
• An awareness of sustainability and construction economics is highly valued
