Your main tasks:
- Support the Facility Services Manager in developing and documenting administrative and operational processes
- Employee management (introduction, deployment and vacation planning, recording of working hours and absences, reporting personnel changes to the respective interfaces, etc.)
- Implementation and execution of customer orders
- Monitoring and control of quality assurance (ensuring process-oriented quality controls)
- Preparation of offers and invoices
- Operational management of the various ISS services (administration as well as assistance with cleaning and special cleaning tasks)
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training as a building cleaner EFZ
- Professional experience in facility management as well as leadership experience in a comparable position is an advantage
- Good German language skills (written and spoken)
- Good PC skills (MS Office)
- Flexible and independent working style as well as organizational skills and systematic working methods
- Driving license category B
