As a Local Key Accounts Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for the strategic development of important regional customers to generate sustainable and profitable growth. You define and implement all sales and development activities while considering the overarching strategy of Coca-Cola HBC Switzerland AG, financial profitability, and local market conditions.
YOUR NEW TASKS:
- Implementation of the annual business and budget plan for the responsible regional key accounts (HoReCa Out of Home)
- Strategic further development of the customer portfolio including contract negotiations, quotations, and revenue increase
- Increase customer profitability through targeted measures based on sound analyses (Account-P&L, DB calculation, financial metrics)
- Targeted acquisition of major customers in the region as well as building and maintaining a structured sales pipeline
- Planning, controlling, and optimizing revenue and cost development through customer-specific reporting and relevant KBIs
- Development and implementation of sales activities, relaunches, and promotional measures in collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders
- Agreement on marketing measures with the customer as well as internal coordination of their implementation
- Continuous market, customer, and competitor analysis for early identification of opportunities and risks
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
- You have completed a business education (University / FH) or hotel management school with additional training in sales
- You bring several years of solid experience in key account management in the Out of Home (OTG, Convenience, HoReCa, wholesale) in the Swiss consumer goods market (FMCG)
- You have a strategic, analytical, and conceptual way of thinking and acting combined with a strong understanding of revenue and financial metrics
- You are a dynamic personality, flexible, and work independently, possess high social competence, and have the necessary drive to make a difference
- You are a trustworthy and ambitious negotiation partner with a strong ability to assert yourself and persuade, as well as strong sales and negotiation skills
- You have proficient user knowledge of the MS Office suite and good SAP knowledge
- You speak German at a native level and have business fluent English skills
